Client Policy
By enrolling in any Program offered by TNS Fem Health Private Limited ("Firm"), the Client agrees to be bound by the terms outlined herein. Please read this Policy carefully before commencing your Program.
Refund Policy
The Firm follows a strict no-refund policy.
Fees once paid shall not be refunded, adjusted, or transferred under any circumstances.
Weekly Check-In Requirement
Clients must complete the weekly check-in form as a mandatory step.
Without submission of the form, no new diet plan will be issued.
Failure to submit will not pause the Program; the week will be counted as utilized.
Program Freezing
A Program may be frozen for a maximum of two (2) weeks only.
This may be availed either once for two weeks or twice for one week each.
Freezing is not permitted for 4-week Programs.
Client Responsiveness
If a Client becomes unresponsive or fails to provide updates ("ghosting"), the Firm will attempt follow-ups for a maximum of two (2) weeks.
Beyond this period, the Client's Program shall stand terminated without refund.
Payment Terms
For Clients on installment plans, the next diet plan will be issued only after timely payment of the due installment.
Delay in payment shall not pause or extend the Program; the week will be counted as utilized.
If an installment remains unpaid for more than seven (7) days post due date, the Program shall automatically stand terminated without refund.
Emergency Hold
In case of genuine medical or unforeseen emergencies, the Program may be placed on hold for a maximum of one (1) month, subject to Firm approval.
Progress Reporting
Clients are required to submit progress photographs before commencement of the final phase of their Program.
Diet & Consultation Structure
All diet plans are prepared and monitored by a team of qualified dietitians trained by Ms. Saloni Arora, Founder of the Firm.
Given the number of active Clients, it is not feasible for Ms. Arora to personally manage each case.
Each Client shall be assigned a dedicated dietitian, who will be solely responsible for designing customized diets, monitoring progress, and addressing concerns.
Direct consultation with Ms. Saloni Arora is not included in any Program. Clients acknowledge and accept that all services will be delivered exclusively through the assigned dietitian.
Requests for personal calls, check-ins, or direct plans from Ms. Saloni Arora will not be entertained.
Grievance Redressal
In case of dissatisfaction, disputes, or unresolved concerns, Clients may contact the Firm's designated Grievance Officer:
The Grievance Officer will address concerns within a reasonable timeframe.
Brand Identity & Representation
The Firm operates under the brand name "Femly".
Ms. Saloni Arora serves as the Founder and guiding authority of the Firm. All methods, frameworks, and strategies are derived from her expertise but executed by her trained team.
Clients expressly acknowledge that Program delivery is the responsibility of the assigned dietitian and not Ms. Saloni Arora personally.
Client Obligations
Clients shall:
- Adhere strictly to the assigned plans.
- Provide timely and accurate updates.
- Respect the operational structure of the Firm and refrain from making demands inconsistent with this Policy.
Non-compliance may impact results, for which the Firm bears no liability.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
